this Service, and you agree to be bound by the terms and
conditions of this Agreement for as long as you continue to
be a Member. If you do not agree to the terms, please do

Either you or Lovecity.Com may terminate your membership at
any time, for any reason, effective upon sending written
notice to the other party. Lovecity.Com reserves the right
to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the
service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement
by you which is brought to our attention.
As a member you agree:
Not to harrass any members of this service in any way, and
you agree not to use profane, offensive and/or vulgar
language when corresponding with other members of this
service unless mutually agreed upon.
Not to post any advertisements, url`s, or chain letters
throughout this service.
Not to post addresses or phone numbers in your ad. You may
only provide this information where we request it in the
sign up process.
Any person submitting false credit card or payment
information will be reported to both local and federal
authorities.
Not to hold Lovecity.com liable for any legal, financial,
or any other claim resulting from the use of this service.
Lovecity.com operates as a listing service and will not be
held accountable nor liable for any interaction between
it`s members.
YOU ARE THE PROVIDER OF ALL INFORMATION AND ARE THE
PUBLISHER OF ALL INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY YOU TO
LOVECITY.COM. IN NO EVENT WILL LOVECITY.COM BE HELD
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR
OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF
THIS SERVICE.
Lovecity.com will not be held liable for any interruption
in service, computer viruses, or any communication failure.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless
Lovecity.com, and all related personel, including it`s
officers, employees, agents, consultants and third parties,
from your use of this service, including any violation of
the rules contained in this agreement, or any accusation
that the information which you post infringes the
intellectual property rights (such as trade secrets,
copyrights, patents, etc...) of any third party or that
such information disparages, libels, or invades the privacy
of any third party.
Lovecity.com provides this service on an 〝as-is〞 basis
without warranty of any kind, including the implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose.
THIS AGREEMENT IS ENTERED INTO IN DENVER, CO. YOU AGREE
THAT COLORADO LAW (REGARDLESS OF CONFLICTS OF LAW
PRINCIPLES) SHALL GOVERN THIS AGREEMENT, AND THAT THE
DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR PERTAINING TO THIS AGREEMENT
SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS IN DENVER,
CO.
You cannot become a member of Lovecity.com without
accepting this agreement. |
