SuperVEGA is an automatic drawing-in machine that performs a complete harness (reed, heald wires and drop wires) starting from a cone of yarn. It may draws-in every kind of patterns respecting this specification:
Heald Wires: up to 20 shafts
Reed: up to 50 dents/cm. for Tunnel and flat reed. Up to 20 dents/cm. per plane in case of double reed.
Drop wires: up to 6 rows of drop wires (H.145~180mm.xW.11mm.xT.0,2~1mm.)
One operator only is requested to run the machine.
Industrial speed of 4.000 ends/hour. |
