Beijing Jiali Continuously Cast Iron International Trade Co., Ltd.(herein referred to as “Jiali”) is an international company that combines the latest in technology, production and trade. Registered in Beijing, Jiali is engaged in R&D, production and marketing of cast iron bars.
Jiali is the holding company of Chengde Bar-Tone Industry and Trade Co., Ltd (herein referred to as
“Bar-Tone”), which is engaged in pig iron smelting, production,intensive processing and marketing of continuously cast iron bars. Bar-Tone is also involved in the marketing of coke, iron powder, ferroalloys, electromechanical equipment and accessories. Bar-Tone has already established a production base featuring ironmaking blast furnaces and double smelting electric furnaces (streamlined steel making).
At Bar-Tone we believe in producing the highest quality iron products and materials. To do this we employ leading industry experts and technicians in smelting and cast iron production. In addition to our own highly technical personnel in diversified specialties, Bar Tone also engages experts in the casting industry as long-term technical consultants.
We at Bar-Tone understand that the casting industry has a responsibility to the environment as well as producing high quality casting products and services. In line with the principles of energy conservation, environmental protection and high efficiency, the company has upgraded its production equipment with the latest casting technologies to produce our high quality products with high rates of efficiency while helping to protect our environment. As a result, Bar-Tone has an annual capacity to produce 40 thousand ton pig iron and 20 thousand ton cast iron bars, and becoming China’s first-class enterprise in cast iron bar production and machinery processing.
Our company is establishing the largest continuously cast iron factory in Asia.
It has 4 IF electric induction furnace of 50 tons, seven continuously cast production lines, 2 heat treatment furnaces of 50 tons. And the annual production will reach 35000 tons .
Our company has already passed ISO9001: 2000 certification.
With strong advantage of product technology development, our company has lead in the product quality and technology research of continuously cast iron in China, it has sold European standard high-quality cast iron bars at favourable price to customers in Europe.
