Ningbo Jinhui Precision Casting Co., Ltd. Is a special precision investment casting and machining enterprise. It was established in 1995, near Ningbo downtown – Yinzhou Jia Village. It is about 20 kilometer away from Beilun port, 10 kilometer from Hangyong highway, 20 kilometers from Ningbo international airport.
There are 300 employees in Jinhui. The engineers design tooling and casting by using AutoCAD, Solid works, Pro-E software. Jinhui can supply all kinds of common carton steel, stainless steel, alloy steel. The products is used for spare parts widely in industries of auto, ore, chemical, construction, metallurgy, boat, machinery, and so on. The annual output of investment casting is over 5000 tons.
Jinhui has set up a complete quality system and passed ISO9001-2000, QS9000, UKAS quality system certifications.
Operation is according to program file of casting and machining. Jinhui adopts sodium silicate craft, has a whole set of test equipments of physical and chemical and machinery performance: 60KN tensile strength tester, shock tester, Brinell / Rockwell hardness tester, magnetic particle inspection equipment, reflectoscope, X-ray inspection equipment, Germany spectrometer, 721 photometric discoloration equipment. The machining equipments include: NC lathe, General lathe, milling machine, planer, and so on. The treat equipments include: net furnace, pit furnace, box furnace, and so on.
