It has the first-class production equipment and technology with a capacity of producing 10,000 tons forge piece annually. Its main production includes petroleum machinery, I~ IV type pressure vessel forging pieces for chemical industry, power station forging pieces and various mechanical forging pieces. The main forging equipment of our company involves 5 tons single arms electro-hydraulic hammers, 5 tons operations machine, 5 tons discharge machine. The heat treatment equipment includes several 150KW, 360KW heat treatment stoves. The metal processing equipment consists of various belt saws, lathe in large size, planer boring machine, planer milling machine and planer drilling machine as well as 10 tons, 5 tons, 3 tons overhead cranes.
The main testing equipment includes some physicochemical analyzers such as the portable-type sclerometer, the computer crack detector, impact testing machine, low temperature trough, universal testing machine, Brinell sclerometer, and impact test sample broaching machine.
