Our company was established in 1993. We are specialized in design & manufacturing of plastic molds, die casting molds and production of plastic injection parts. Our factory is located in Ninghai, which is one of the molding manufacturing bases in China and is very famous for its molding developping techniques. And we have a trading company registered in HongKong as well as a international sales office in Dongguan, Guangdong, mainly serve for foreign customers and customers around Pearl River Delta.
Our factory was self-built. It covered an area of over 10000 square meters. There are totally 150 staff in our company, including 5 senior engineers, 15 designers and programmers, 40 molding technicals, and 80 skilled molding workers, 5 QCs, 5 international sales.
We have advanced processing equipments and complete set of supporting facilities. There are 80 sets of molding equipments, including different size of CNC, engraving machine, EDM, linear cutting machine, grinding machine, milling machine, lathe, rocker drill, injection machine and so on. Inspection devices are CMM, projector, scanner and so on. We have also installed 10T, 5T, and 3T cranes. And we have installed advanced designing programs like CAD, CAM, and CAE, and established high speed network inside the company. All these help us to build up a high-efficiency working mode, secure high-quality design, and shorten the molding developing time.
With twenty years’ experence focus on mold manufacture, we keep long and good cooperation with customers from Taiwan, Japan, Europe and USA. We are extremely good at developing moldings in English, American, HASCO, and D-M-E standard as well as hot runner molds, high-smooth molds and large complex molds.
We have professional quality control and inspection team, strict & scientific mold process and inspection process. Every component and every mold is inspected strictly before shipped.
With advanced devices, skilled technics and strict quality inspection, our annual capacity is 800 to 1000 sets plastic molds. |
